Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how REACHERS («we», «us») collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit the-reachers.com or contact us. We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Who is responsible for your data

REACHERS, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any privacy question or request, write to legal@the-reachers.com.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact form: your name, e-mail address, subject and the content of your message, including anything you choose to tell us about your business, residence or plans.
  • “Leave your contacts” form: your e-mail address.
  • E-mail and phone: whatever you send us directly, including attachments.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time of visit, recorded by our hosting provider’s server logs and, if you consent, by Google Analytics.

Please do not send passports, bank statements or other identity documents through the website forms. If we start working together, we will agree a secure way to exchange documents.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
  • To contact you after you leave your e-mail in the footer form — your consent.
  • To keep the website secure and working — our legitimate interest.
  • To understand how the website is used (analytics) — your consent, which you can refuse or withdraw at any time.
  • To meet legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer checks if you become a client — legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal effects on you.

4. Who receives your data

  • Hostinger — website hosting, content delivery network and server logs.
  • Google — website analytics via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics, only with your consent.
  • Our e-mail service provider — delivery and storage of messages sent from the website and to our mailbox.
  • Licensed professionals we engage on your matter (for example lawyers, auditors or registered agents in the relevant jurisdiction) — only when needed and with your knowledge.
  • Authorities — where the law requires us to disclose information.

5. International transfers

Our service providers may store or process data outside the United Arab Emirates and outside your country, including in the EU, the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers’ standard contractual clauses or data processing terms.

6. How long we keep data

  • Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement — up to 3 years after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Footer-form e-mail addresses — until you ask us to stop contacting you.
  • Client files — for the period required by applicable anti-money-laundering, tax and corporate laws after the relationship ends.
  • Server logs — for the period set by our hosting provider, normally a few weeks.

7. Cookies

At present the website uses only technically necessary cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or other tracking cookies, so no cookie consent is requested. If we introduce analytics (for example Google Analytics), it will run only after you give consent through a cookie banner, and this policy will be updated. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the website will still work.

8. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have it corrected; have it deleted; restrict or object to its use; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. To use any of these rights, write to legal@the-reachers.com. We will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority — in the UAE, the UAE Data Office; in the EU, the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted administrative access with two-factor authentication and reputable service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please consider this when deciding what to send us through the website.

10. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
