We work with companies, investors and private clients on cross-border structures and transactions. We are not a law firm: where a matter requires legal advice, representation before a court or tribunal, or an audit, we engage licensed professionals and coordinate them for you.

Our network spans the UAE, Europe, MENA, Central Asia, North America and Asia-Pacific.
